Help for grown-ups and players

Check the silent switch and device volume. Music, effects and voice have separate sliders in Menu → Settings.

The game needs a system voice for the selected language. You can keep playing by reading the on-screen text.

Progress, the made-up nickname and settings are stored locally. There is no account or cross-device sync.

On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → General → iPhone/iPad Storage → Mini Przytulianki → Delete App. Offloading keeps app data. Apple-managed backups need to be managed separately.

Ask a grown-up to contact us. Include the device model, iOS version, game version and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not send a child’s name, passwords or device identifiers.
